Company Benefits

  • Company Benefits are best described in two words - improved productivity - which, of course, equals higher profits. The two major problems that plague design engineering offices are, of course, productivity and quality control. Most offices walk a very fine line between these two and generally one suffers at the expense of the other. ESI programs were designed to make these two objectives completely compatible.

  • Our HVAC calculation programs are based on well grounded fundamentals of engineering and physics.

  • With the current emphasis on integrated design for maximum energy efficiency, our load program is designed to be interactive (and to be readily updated as the design evolves from early concepts through final as-built commissioning documents).

  • The ESI filing system provides the company with a consistent record of all engineering calculations... for purposes of identity, credit, accountability, patent ramifications, and liability issues.

  • The program offerings will be continually updated and enhanced at no additional cost to the Company membership.

  • Company Membership is a one-time or lifetime fee.
Individual User / Member Benefits

  • Each user has access to the same calculation modules as his or her colleagues (which enhances professional cooperation and coordination in the design office environment). Additionally, users may easily collaborate on calculations and projects.

  • ESI will eventually make available virtually all of the calculations required for design of HVAC systems. Via User / Member feedback, we will prioritize our future offerings and improvements in response to our member requests.

  • Individual Memberships (billed monthly) will never increase in cost as long as the individual remains a member without interruption.
